I'am Rien de Koning im from the Netherlands and I like to watch movies ( also because i'am handicapt) , my question is these.
I have paid for an unlimited key trough Paypal , but till today I have recieved nothing also have I send two mails ( to customerservice@invelos.com ) about this , but I got no answer.
Can anybody tell me if this is the good adres to ask that question

| | Posted: | | | | Paypal should be fast if you have the money in your bank account. I have never seen Paypal take long to pay someone. It takes me like 5 days to have $$ transfer from my paypal account to my bank account however.

| | Posted: | | | | Randall_Lind is correct. Paypal is instantaneous if you use your PayPal funds (if you have any), your bank account or a Credit Card. The only way it takes a while is if you use an E-Check. An E-check is like writing a paper check. Paypal has to wait for the check to clear before they can release the funds.
It usually only takes a couple of days. Anyone who has purchased anything from ebay knows most sellers that accept checks state your check must clear before they send the merchandise. Same thing here. |

What is especially annoying is that there is no way to contact this company, which by the way changed name recently, through their website. So I hope at least that they are monitoring this forum...  |
