* region encoding (e.g. how to tell it is Region 0 vs All Regions)
* audio tracks
* subtitle tracks
* feature length
* etc... |

* etc... Audio Tracks & Subtitles with IfoEdit Layers & Regions with DVDInfo Pro search Google will bring up results. feature length your normal software viewer should give you the play time. Steve |

| | Posted: | | | | PowerDVD and DVD Decrypter are good as well. IFOEdit will NOT give you good reading nor will MOST other tools when it comes to Audio. It cannot distinguish between DD2.0 Mono, Stereo and Surround, you will almost always end up entering incorrect data. DVD Audio Extractor will give you a reading on the number of CHANNELS, so you will be able to find DD2.0 Siurround. The ONLY way to handle Mono vs. Stereo is via graphical analysis of the audio data...if the channels are identical the Audio is Mono, any difference is Stereo.

| | Posted: | | | | You can use DVD Decrypter for region info, type of audio, length of feature, among other things.
DVD Shrink will give you good info on tracks and times, and will break down all the menu tracks as well.
Profiler gives you disc ID info. | | | John

| | Posted: | | | | Rather than graphically, I use this method to determine whether a track is 1 or 2 channel Mono: Quote:
Load it into a sound editor and invert one channel. If you get zero output (you may get a very week signal if they are not matched 100%) it's mono. If you hear anything it's stereo.
Using nero wave editor.
Load a chunk of the audio, you sould see two wave forms.
Select 'tools', 'stereo processor'
Set the outputs to Left 100% Right -100% Hit preview, if it's mono you will hear nothing, or almost nothing. If it's stereo you will hear quite a bit. (Had been posted in the InterVocative forums once.) | | | Achim [諾亞信； Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan.
