The back cover of a box set of mine reads:

Runtime: 15 hours 45 mins. approx.
Runtime special features: 17 mins. approx.

Should I report 945 mins. or 962?

What you should do is put the DVDs in your disc drive, start a program like PowerDVD, write down the running time of each movie or episode (if it's a TV series), add these, and enter the result into the profile.

Do not include running time of extras and do not trust the running time on the cover !

The runtime is the longest version of the movie on the DVD without bonus material, in your case 945.

Never trust the box-stated running time of a boxset or a television season set.  These are frequently off by hours (I just did one for Dark Shadows The Beginning vol. 1 that claimed to be over 14 hours but was actually only 12+change).  For some reason, this is an area that reputable companies feel free to fudge.
