| Posted: | | | | I had not used my account for a while and it appeared to be lost. I got a new laptop and lost my data. When i went to the website and tried to download my profiler, I found that my email was not recognized so I opened a new account. i have a shortcut that shows me my movies are there, but my new login does not recognize that they are my movies. Am I screwed? |

Am I screwed? You are referring to the Intervocative website I presume? If you had a free account at Intervocative, that site and DVD Profiler 2.4/2.5 are no longer supported or updated. If you wish to continue using the free version of DVD Profiler 2.4/2.5 you will have to add your profiles manually as there are no longer any updates available. If you wish to upgrade to DVD Profiler 3.1.0 read the Upgrade thread first. Be advised that, although DVD Profiler 3.1.0 no longer requires a key to use it, it now has limitations. BTW...you posted in the wrong thread. This is the DVD Profiler Mobile Edition thread | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |
