Unable to re-enter a profile

After deleting a profile.  I am now unable to re-enter it.
I keep getting the error message that says the profile is already part of my collection.
But I have checked multiple times and it is not there.

Sorry!
I did locate the profile in question.  I somehow had it entered on my wishlist and did not check there.

Have you tried a database repair?

It's under Tools->Options->Utilities
