| | Posted: | | | | Any advice please on why some of my dvd profiles and images are not downloading. As they are being downloaded a message appears saying unable to download.I have tried turning off my firewall this did not work. The majority of my collection has down loaded perfectly. |

| | Posted: | | | | Did you recently upgrade from version 2.4/2.5 to 3.x? If so, the explanation could be that 3.x uses different UPC and Disc ID formats than 2.4/2.5 did. |

The fact that you are getting the error message saying un-able to download is an indication to this effect. I would suggest you use your own copy to scan the images in (if you have a scanner), then following the Contribution Rules found Heresubmit them yourselve for others to use. Steve |
