Any advice please on why some of my dvd profiles and images are not downloading. As they are being downloaded a message appears saying unable to download.I have tried turning off my firewall this did not work. The majority of my collection has down loaded perfectly.

Did you recently upgrade from version 2.4/2.5 to 3.x? If so, the explanation could be that 3.x uses different UPC and Disc ID formats than 2.4/2.5 did.

What you have to remember Electric Sheep is that this is a USER built database so if a user hasn't scanned the cover art into the on-line database you as another user won't be able to download it. The fact that you are getting the error message saying un-able to download is an indication to this effect. I would suggest you use your own copy to scan the images in (if you have a scanner), then following the Contribution Rules found Here
submit them yourselve for others to use.
