Hi,

since I've updatet the Profiler to 3.1.0, I only can download low quality covers. I already checked all options which are needed. The registration infos are correct, too.

What happend there? Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks so far for your help.

You can look at the suggestions made in the Cover Image Quality Drop thread.

Good idea, ya_shin, it does look similar; and I would also suggest that "I already checked all options which are needed" is not very useful in that if you *have* missed anything how are we supposed to guess?

I remember one thing not mentioned in the other thread: An accidentally added space in the username field in the software can cause the username not to be recognized by the system.

I tried do to as said in the Cover Image Quality Drop thread, but it didn't do anything.

Thats what I meant with "I already checked all options..." I also switched to low images, than refreshed all images and switched back to high res images und refreshed again, but nothing changed.

I Don't know what to do now...

Reinstalling also didn't do anything and my registration informations are correctly filled in.

Make sure there are no spaces before or after your names in the registration information window.

Edit: You can also download the 3.1.1 beta which will automatically remove the extra spaces if that's the problem.

THANK YOU Ken, you solved the problem!

There was a space after my first name....

I never found that without you!

Thank you very much! I still don't know why that happend after the update, but anyway; it works now"
