| | Posted: | | | | I had a system crash and lost everything. I still have my original email where I purchased DVD Profiler, and logged in with the old Key number which was a premium account. The site issued me a new Key number, but I cannot log in and download the new software or open a support ticket because is says I need to be a premium member, WHICH I AM. I need to access the new software AND get back into my account here so I can download my list of DVD's for my changer
Please Assist

| | Posted: | | | | Looks like the site thinks you're a premium member currently due to the icon next to your user name (the one with the eye). Logged in or not, you should be able to download the current released version from the Downloads link at the top of this page. It downloads as the unregistered version and is fully unlocked once you enter your registration information (also received by clicking on the "Registration" link above) into it. |

So, if you click on the Registration link above, you should be able to see your registration details.
