Ok I have tried searching to no avail.  I have downloaded several .dvdprofiler report files. How do I get DVD Profiler to reconize them?  Can't fine how to install them.  When I go to Tools Reports and explore the files, I get the "Windows can not open this file message"

Thanks for your help, I really tried all the searches and google to figure this out before asking.

don't use the "Save to disc" (F.F.) or "Save" (I.E.) option when you download the report, use the "Open" option if using I.E. or "Open with [DVD Profiler] " option if using F.F.

That's it.    They automatically install themselves as they download. DVDP can be running or closed and it works just fine.

Hope it helps.

Don't mean to be a pain but when I click 'Open' the file shows the contents of the file instead of downloading and installing.

Thanks for your help!

Got it finally, guess I should have thought of opening the .dvdprofiler files I had saved with the dvdpro.exe file.  It's not like I am a computer profesional with over 31 years experience...
