I just picked up a used copy of the Takashi Miike film 'Sabu'. The cover looks like the one in the database (881482000296), but the banner at the top says "DTS Version". It lists ArtsMagicDVD on the back cover, but their site does not show this version.

The disk is pressed dual-layer, not a DVD-r, but could it be a boot?.

If anyone knows anything about this version, please let me know.

Without seeing the two covers, paul, it's a little hard to say. I will say that "DTS Version" is a common pirate ploy.

I will say that every e-tailer that I looked at and there were about 6 or 7 had a cover that matched the Online file. There is no record of a "DTS Version", I think you got snookered.

Yeah, it sounds like a boot.  As far as I can tell, ArtsMagicDVD (R.I.P.) never released any DTS tracks on their live-action titles.

Front cover looks the same, the back looks much more like the "real" version. Looks like the same subtitle list.

I sent an e-mail last night to gerry@artsmagic.co.uk. He answered that as far as he knew it was a boot.
