| | Posted: | | | | When adding the DVD box set of Will & Grace (Season 1 till 5), including the DVD's that are in the box, something weird occurred. When entering EAN 5-412012-140400, instead of getting one of the Will & Grace DVD's, I got the rental version of 'The Riverman'. When I entered another EAN (5-412012-143456) I got another movie as well: the rental version of Imminent Attack. The question is: how can I enter another DVD, when there's nothing in common with the other DVD, even if they have the same EAN? I hope to get an answer from you soon. |

EAN 5-412012-143456 is unknown in the online db.
Are you using version 3 of DVDP? Maybe the old Intervocative database with version 2.x has these incorrect information. My bad. Got mixed up in the counting. The EAN's that I had problems with were 5-412012-143449 and 5-412012-143463. @ goblinsdoitall: one of the countries is The Netherlands. The other is from Belgium. According to some DVD stores on the web, both those EANs really are Will & Grace seasons. In the online database those EANs seem to be reserved by Dutch profile of The Riverman: Rental Version and Belgian profile of Imminent Attack accordingly. However the EAN printed on the back cover of Imminent Attack is 5-412012-143456. Therefore there is an error in the online which should be corrected by contributing new profile on that EAN. |
