When submitting a DVD version from a previously unlisted region with a UPC bar code, I often get a " The UPC/EAN of the contributed cover scan does not match the profile's UPC/EAN." answer.  Can some one explain me what does this mean?

It should mean that UPC/EAN you are submitting does not match the UPC/EAN on the Cover Image, which according to the Rules is required. In short, scan your Cover.
