There is this series of 6 DVDs, each containing selection of sketches from the original Monty Python's Flying Circus series bind together with some new material from each Monty Python member. I'd like to hear some opinions how to credit cast and crew.

Eg. Michael Palin's Personal Best:
First there is no opening credits. The end credits are as follows:

Now the question is: should I credit only Michael Palin in the cast section or should I credit all Python members? How about writing: credit only Palin or all Pythons?

There are already some profiles where all members are credited in cast and writing section. However if they are all credited, how do we distinguish the writer of the new material from the writers of "archive footage"? In cast section we have the opportunity to credit Michael Palin twice: first as Himself and then together with the others as Various Roles.
