I haven't found and am curious what the policy is on listing voice actors for animated television series /movie releases with alternate audio language tracks. Do those voice actors get any type of billing in cast credits?

examples - US released He-man currently listed with English and Spanish voice actors; Iron Monkey and Crouching Tiger listed only with Asian actors credits and no English voice credits.

If the voice actors are listed in the film/show credits they can be listed in the cast section.

I'd be open to listing (as uncredited) credits found elsewhere in the disc packaging.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

Interesting idea. The only time I've ever done it was when both cast were credited in the film (I think it was Akira).
I suppose if you could find a reliable set of references for the alternate language cast, I certainly can't think of any reason why they can't be added as uncredited.
