I think Charts & Graphs definitely need more work, but probably aren't a priority right now. I'm sure there are larger issues with the program to resolve. As many have mentioned, the legend on the right side cannot display large ranges of data; it simply runs out after a certain number of entries. I don't see the option to turn off tags or the legend which version 2.4/2.5 had. The tags can quickly become a graphical mess if there are too many of them; especially with studios! While interesting, many of the graphs are hard to read without horizontal gridlines, which earlier versions had. The ability to remove the text labels on the graph would clear up a lot of unreadable clutter, especially with studios and production years. We can use the color coded key to see what is what.  The Microsoft Excel Theme has serious display problems; at least on my system:  Do others see this phenomena? Maybe if it cannot be fixed, perhaps it should just be removed. There is also the limitation of the color coded key not displaying the full range of data. In the screenshots above, note how only a small fraction of the studios are listed before they run off the list. Thanks for your patience. |
