Instead of klicking "Run Report" click "Edit Report" and you can make any modifications you wish.

Thank you for responding.  The report already has the YEAR RELEASE    TITLE  MAIN  ACTORS GENRE RATING  TIME on it so it is pretty full. I am not sure how to put the collection number in there or take something out to put it in there.
Any suggestion would be appreciated!!

Thank you

Before you can edit the report, you must select the Content tab once you've clicked the Edit Report button.

Then let's see how we can make room. There's basically two ways:

1) Shrink the field size
2) Remove an existing item.

So, one at a time:

1) To shrink the field size, simply click on an item in the workspace. It will then get blue boxes in the corners  and in the middle of each side. Place the mouse over one of these blue boxes to make it a double-arrowed cursor, click and hold and just drag the field smaller.

You may or may not want to change the font size of a field you've re-sized, or some text may get cut off. To change the font size of a field simply select the "Font" field on the left after having selected the item in the workspace. Once you've selected the Font field, click the three dots to change the size.

Once you've made a field smaller you'll need to re-position the other fields as you want them. To do that just click on the field name and drag it to the right position.

2) To remove an item simply click on it to highlight it with the blue boxes, and then click the big blue minus sign in the menu bar at the top. Or press Ctrl+Del.

-------

Once you've created some room on the report you need to add the collection number field. To do so, click on the "Personal" tab above the work space. Then click on the button labeled 42. Then click on the area where you want the new field.

This will place the field approximately in the right place, but you may need to drag it to the correct spot, and/or shrink or enlarge it using the above described method.

Once you're happy with your changes, you can either click Save & Close in the bottom right-hand corner, or click File->Save As... in the top menu if you'd like to save the report with a new name and avoid writing over the original one.

The above should be a good start for you, but I also encourage you to play around with the program and learn about the various functions that way. If you just save the report as a new copy you won't risk messing anything up.
