Everytime I try to update the Online Profile List to add recently released DVD's or Blu-ray's it never updates! It pends for 2 seconds and then a red cross appears. I need help with this. I've paid for this, and when I pay for stuff, I expect it to work, and ever since I bought it, many many many months ago, I've had so many problems with updating the Online Profile List.
