How long do you get to 'green' someone?

I just downloaded some headshots from the 28th and the time has already passed! Can we extend it to a month, especially for those of us that are away a lot?

Thanks!

Something like that.

For the request a clear +1. I would like to have the possibility to also give someone a positive rating, even when the posting is more than 48h ago.

I had never considered that here, but it makes sense when I think of other sites I visit with a "reputation" system.

I wouldn't extend it to indefinite here, but I do recall some other forums I have visited where I found answers or good advice through a search and gave the person a +1 for it even though the post was months (or even years) old, and I never said a word directly to that person.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.

I would also support this. Aside from the forums, I green every constructive vote I get on my contributions. That means that in one day, I can only green less than half of the remarks and sometimes I just can't green everyone fast enough before the opportunity is lost.

I know this problem, but I always try to green the helpful votes at the end of the day, because of the longer opportunity to green a contribution vote.

There have been quite a few times where I wish I could drop a green after it expired. I definitely like this idea.

i support this two. 2 days is not enough to be able to give a check or X if you don't read the posts right away.
