I posted this suggestion on the IVS forums about, ooooh, ages ago! I'd really like to see it though, so I thought I'd start banging on about it here too.

I'd like to see options on tags, triggered by new profiles or even editing, that would allow you to set a default state or force/ suggest an entry from a selection of child tags.

I use tags to mark the type of material the DVD is, be it film, TV, music, etc. That should always be entered, but I sometimes forget. A prompt could force me to pick one. In turn, I often buy ex-rental titles and just as often forget the tag, so that could be set to prompt, but not force.
