Hi Ken,
Continuing where we left off:
Quote:

I just figured out how to get the drop down list, however it isn't where I would think it would be.

At the top there is the checkmark, the rectangle in the middle and small section on the right.
I have been trying to call the list by holding down the small section. I then get the grey/black box.
Is that where it is supposed to be??

On my phone it is  in the middle rectangle on the right hand side, to the left of the divider. I just hit it by accident.

Is this the expected behavior for the app or is it misbehaving? Let me know.

Getting back to the "front" of a category is still sliding right and pick the category, not pick the checkmark and return to the front.

I checked all categories, default and those I have added. If I tap the list icon, the 2nd screen only comes up in two default categories (owned and wishlist) and two categories I have added.  While testing, I was testing the title sorting and approximately 6-8 minutes in the programs Force Closed. I sent a report.
The items on the drop down list appear to work "as advertized".
One special category the checkmark did not work to return to the first screen.

The sliding left to right didn't seem to work as consistently, if at all in build 35.
ALL CATEGORIES that did not go to the second screen as expected: if you took you finger and moved a couple of tiles up, and the down, the "drop down screen?" appeared. You could then get the sort list to appear.

Let me know if there is anything else you need.  v 1.1.0 bld 35

I set up a matching virtual device and am so far unable to reproduce the problem.  Anyone else out there have a similar device?

Hi Ken.
I'm not sure how to respond. Virtual vs. reality? The Droid HTC does have the Sense UI overlay. That could be it. In android do other programs on the phone make a difference, similar to a PC? (I'm grasping. I'm out of my depth.)
Let me know if any of this might have helped.

Does this issue occur only with the Beta, or is it also with the live version?

Honestly, I never noticed. I didn't use the sort function in the mobile often. Then again, if hadn't been out long.
