| Posted: | | | | I want to get the correct Per Rules title for this release. Going by the front cover (which we need to go by per Rules)... I believe the DVD Release title is Space Camp since it is broken up to 2 different lines... so I believe for DVD Profiler it should be... Title: Space Camp Original Title: SpaceCamp I bring this here to double check as I see this was indeed submitted once before (back in 2011) and was declined. Though if I remember right the rule then was from film credits not front cover. So I just wanted to be 100% sure before my submission. Once again... only interested in the correct per rules DVD release title. | | | Pete | | | Last edited: by Addicted2DVD |

| Posted: | | | | Wow, I haven't seen that movie in 15-20 years. It used to be a guilty pleasure of mine. I may just have to seek it out again. Back OT - I agree with you. A quick search shows the original title is SpaceCamp, but based on the cover of the DVD, I would also go with Space Camp as the DVD title. | | | My phpDVDprofiler collection |

| Posted: | | | | I love the film... seen it once about a few weeks to a month ago... before that been many years.
The only reason I question myself on it is because it was declined once before... but as I said... that was 2011 and think back then the rule was different (from credits instead of front cover). | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Yikes! The starting price on Amazon for this title is $36 for a 10-year old release. 7 of the 17 sellers are "fulfilled by Amazon", yet Amazon themselves don't sell it...I wonder why that is? I guess it'll be awhile before I will get to see it again. My library doesn't even carry, although they have a fairly weak selection as it is | | | My phpDVDprofiler collection |

| Posted: | | | | IMHO, I'd say it would be SpaceCamp and the title was just wrapped to two lines given the size of the font and it not fitting on a single line. Technically, by the rules, it should be SP(insert Wingding for space shuttle here)CECAMP Quoting Eagle: Quote: Yikes! On topic, I agree with Title: Space Camp / Original Title: SpaceCamp for the sake of how it looks. | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

So the DVD title is Spce Camp. We are not allowed to interpret what is on cover... If you ignore the space shuttle then there should be a space in between so it reads "Sp ce". | Posted: | | | | Well we don't have to worry about that since even Ken said any symbol we can't reproduce with the keyboard we type out regular. The space shuttle symbolizes the letter A so per Ken's statement Space Camp.
I remember this like it was yesterday... though no idea what thread it was said in. | | | Pete |

Which I found via here. Sorry but I couldn't find anything about "symbol we can't reproduce with the keyboard" from those two threads. |

Still not Per Rules, unfortunately. Quote: The space shuttle symbolizes the letter A so per Ken's statement Space Camp. I remember this like it was yesterday... though no idea what thread it was said in. I do recall that thread, but I can't remember the topic either. I think it was regarding the Batman (1989) symbol on the front cover. |
