I have a problem trying to update my ipad collection.
My main collection database is stored on a NAS drive - makes it accessible from main computer and laptop. When I try to update I get the tick by Connecting ~ Sending changes: None ~ Reading database gets halfway and then I get the following message:
''Unable to connect. Please ensure that DVD Profiler is running and that sharing is active''
[Everything is showing correctly on Profiler running on computer ~ i.e. shared showing, i.p. address correct, port correct, and showing 1 connected]

My workaround is to copy the database onto the local C drive and then I can perform the update.

Any ideas.
Thanks
