The Apocalypse Now edition EAN 5050582942705 (BD) is without film credits,
There are the theatrical end redux version both without opening and end titles.
Shuld I leave blank studios, cast and crew in dvd profiler?

I think cast should be imported from a profile of the redux version that contains credtis but be marked uncredited. Crew sadly has to be left blank. Studio American Zoetrope can be left in because it's mentioned in the copyright notice at the end of the film.

In my opinion at least the contents of the credit block of the cover should be allowed to be kept in the crew part of the profile but sadly the rules say otherwise.
Recently bought films:

The Matrix [Blu-ray] | Shirins Wedding [DVD] | The Graduate [Blu-ray] | Prometheus [Blu-ray 3D] | Hwal [DVD]

The rules say that if there are no credits, the film's official site may be used as a source, provided such use does not violate the site's policy. This is in the Cast section, so apparently does not apply to Crew. Don't know why it's in Cast instead of the general Credits rules.

I'd insert all the cast and crew from the credited version and explain it in the contribution notes. Nobody out there can be interested in a profile without cast and crew listings...

Just my two cents...
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)

Why?

Do want it that way, or didn't you find a slave auditing the films?

I should have added: ... except for preventing data duplication (eg. box set parent profiles, which hold together fully audited feature film profiles)...
