When I select "Refresh Updated Profiles" it appears to "scan images" but does not "scan profiles". The two progress bars show the "scan images" bar progressing to completion while the "overall" gets half way across, then the "overall" bar moves to completion while the "scan Images" remains completed and no "scan profiles" bar appears.

I am running DVD Profiler 3.9.1.  I am using Windows 10 and recently updated to the latest release (1607). I have in-installed an re-installed Profiler but the problem still exists. Don't know if this might be a problem with the new Windows release or not.

Any ideas on what I might do to correct this problem.

Do you perhaps have locked the profiles or part of them? If they are locked they will not refresh.

It is not a problem of locked profiles.

I have a clone of my SSD from 3 days ago with the previous Windows 10 system software. When I boot from that drive then the profiler program on that disc works correctly and updates profiles properly.

I can restore the drive that is giving me the problem to this earlier version of Windows 10 but I expect that when it updates to the latest version again it may produce the same problem. I'm guessing it's a registry problem caused by this update but I don't know how to go about finding and fixing it.

Please run a database repair via the Utils menu.

I restored my drive to the previously cloned version before I saw the Invelos Support post. Profiler works fine now and updates properly. If the problem occurs again when the Windows system updates I will try the database repair utility first.
