Missing text on "Add DVDs to Collection" dialog

Running Windows 10 on a Surface Book at 3000 x 2000 resolution and 200% font size increase in "Display Settings."

I've noticed that on the "Add DVDs to Collection" dialog, the text in the buttons at the bottom of the dialog is missing.

I mention my display settings since I've noticed that several Windows Forms apps have run into trouble when at higher resolutions and/or using the font size increase setting in Windows. I'm guessing it has something to do with that.

I did see the Invelos KB article "Floating Point Error, or missing text on buttons." indicating that it may be due to either a corrupt online profile database or the Tahoma font missing. I refreshed my online profile database as mentioned and verified I have the Tahoma font installed. That doesn't resolve the issue.
