You can only do this via a local wifi (WLAN) connection where your PC and your Android is connected.

Open your first database on your PC Profiler and enable sharing under Tools -> Options -> Sharing.

Now open Android Profiler. On the upper left corner there are three blue lines. When you click on them, a menu opens and you have an entry "Databases". After you've clicked on that you can add a new Database on the upper right corner.

Select "connect via PC". Synchronize your first database. When finished, switch to your second database on the PC and repeat the cycle.

Thanks for explaining this.  It's exactly what I'd have wanted to do if I knew I could.  Now I know I can and how.  It means all my custom roles remain intact, which downloading my online databases to my tablet loses.
Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it?  Guttermouth "Lemon Water".

So you know, syncing the mobile apps with your local databases works great over the Internet as well.  My main computer here at the house is a laptop which runs 24/7.  I always keep DVD Profiler up and running as well.  I put my laptop's IP address in the DMZ of my router in addition to forwarding all DVD Profiler port traffic (32847) to the IP address.  With the mobile app I'm then connecting to each of my databases using my WAN IP rather than my laptop's IP address.  Works great!  Of course you want to be sure to only run an update from the mobile app for the local database you have open at the time. (The mobile app will warn you if this isn't the case.) If I want to connect and update a different database (which is very rare) I just remotely connect to my laptop using TeamViewer and open the database in question before running the update from the mobile app.
