Why can't I see all my DVDs in DVD Profiler?

Check your Parental Control options. They may be hiding some titles. If the Adult Definition is set to include NR titles, this will include many titles.

Why can't I see all my DVDs in the My Profiler online collection?

Check your Parental Control options. See Restricting Your Online My Profiler Collection for more details.

I forgot my parental control password. What's the default password?

The default password is acknowledgement. To reset your password to the default password, see Resetting Your Parental Control Password.

DVD Profiler's fonts look abnormally large and run into everything on the screen. What's wrong?

Your Windows display options are set to a non-default font size. We strongly recommend running DVD Profiler with standard fonts. To change this, visit display options from the Windows control panel, then select Settings->Advanced->General. Select "normal size" fonts.

I create my own DVDs and would like to add them to DVD Profiler. Can I?

Absolutely! Just add them by title, and deselect Download profile from Invelos. Note: DVDs added this way will appear in your online My Profiler collection, but cannot be contributed to the main online DVD Profiler database.
