DVD Profiler's HTML Section editor is an interactive designer which lets you lay out the look and contents of the HTML Windows for the loaded layout.  DVD Profiler HTML Sections can contain standard HTML/DHTML, JScript, and other elements.  The specific element and attribute support is determined by the installed version of Internet Explorer.

DVD Profiler HTML Sections also support an array of DVD Profiler-specific tags.  Each tag takes the form <DP NAME="XXX" AAA="YYY"> where XXX is a supported DVD Profiler element name, AAA is an attribute name, and YYY is the value assigned to the attribute.  Depending on the element type, there may be more than one possible attribute.  Elements can contain as many attributes as necessary.  See HTML Section Elements for a complete list of element types and associated attributes.

To insert a DVD Profiler tag, position the cursor where you'd like the tag, then double-click on the tag in the DP HTML Tags list.  While the cursor is within a DVD Profiler tag, the program will list relevant attributes in the DP HTML Attributes section.  Double-click an attribute to insert it.

HTML Sections can also contain attached images.  To attach images, see the Images tab.  To insert a tag for the image, position the cursor where you'd like the image tag, then double-click the image file name in the Images section.  DVD Profiler will insert a tag in the form $DPIMAGES.XXX, where XXX is the file name of the image.

When the HTML Window is displayed at runtime, DVD Profiler will replace the DP with applicable data from the selected DVD.  $DPIMAGES tags will be replaced to reference the attached image.
