| Posted: | | | | Cool! I still have my vinyl too! I guess if it were my room I would build a couple of walls and dedicate about a 23x14 foot area to a sound room\HT. That will seat at least 8 in the theater and still allow enough space for a pool table and other things like DVD storage. I had about 750 square feet and this is what I did with mine. ![](http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b142/roadkill141/Theater.jpg) The storage\Utility became a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and stove\oven and I removed the window in the theater room. | | | Dan | | | Last edited: by Dan W |

| Posted: | | | | I thought about divding the room in half. It would give me "2" 12.5ft by 25ft rooms. I then thought it would take away from the room by doing this and make it feel small on the game room side and give it the bowling alley feel. I thought that this would be easy with such a large room but it actually made it harder. |

| Posted: | | | | Ouch! That can get expensive. Good luck with it!
I was lucky, I did all the work myself. Plans, framing, sheetrock, floors ceiling ..... the whole shootin' match.
Well, that isn't exactly true. I hired an electrician, a plumber and there was a problem spot on the floor that had to be rebuilt so I hired a couple of guys to help me with that too. | | | Dan |

| Posted: | | | | I have a friend that can do it. Won't cost me more than a bottle of Knob Creek and I get to drink half of it. The actual building of the space I will do myself. |

| Posted: | | | | That's great! With the help of an architect, maybe yours will turn out nicer than mine. Hopefully he can divide the space better than I did mine. I just wish I had a few extra feet in each direction but it's an 85 year old building and that wasn't an option.
Good luck with your project. | | | Dan | | | Last edited: by Dan W |

Very nice, especially since I know what it looked like BEEFORE. I am going to have to convince Rae to come down, probably time for another run at the Sac O' Sudds anyway.
