England played horrible but Germany played very well. I hope they go on to win it.

If only we hadn't messed up against rubbish like Algeria and USA by playing the worst football I ever seen us play we would have been in the pub team draw of the WC.

In the end it was deserved for Germany, but if it is 2:2 its a completely different game.

Maybe - yes. But pure speculation anyway!

Obviously an incorrect decision by the refs. But to think that England would have won this match with acceptance of this valid goal is a little bit far-fetched IMHO!

Far-fetched? Why? Psychology plays a huge part in football and to score two in just a few minutes and equalize after being down 2-0 would be a great way to gain some momentum in the game. Instead England had to continue to chase the equalizer and to take more risks while doing so. That lead to Germans third goal.

Sure, Germany might still have won, but to call it far-fetched that England would have won if the goal had been allowed is a bit far-fetched in my opinion

And another huge mistake by the assistant ref in the second game today. How on earth did the linesman miss that offside?

I think this finally is the revenge for '66 (in '66 the ball wasn't in and England was given a goal, 2010 the ball was clearly in, but the refs decided it wasn't), so all in all we're even now.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

The referess are disgraceful today.

The goal that wasn't given t England, 2-2 at half time could have resulted in a completely different second half.

And now a clear offside goal given to Argentina. Is the assistant Blind? Unbelievable. And the senile old people from the Fifa claim this is the charm of the game? They also already responded that, while unfortunate for the English, they see no reason to allow technology.

Blatter and his cronies are at it again. Let's see which countries he'll buy next to get reelected again.

And they are meeting Brazil there.
So hopefully Oranje didn't show it's best today, because I'm quite sure that this wouldn't suffice.

Stekelenburg is a great successor for van der Saar, did a great job today (on the few occasions he actually had something to do  )
