I guess the Alaskan part of the USA is in Asia these days... | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

I guess the Alaskan part of the USA is in Asia these days... Are we going to debate geography? Or are we going to play this game? |

Are we going to debate geography? Or are we going to play this game? Is there an actual debate as to which continent Mexico is located? Or do we abandon reality to finish a game poorly? Had the list been about Latin America rather than South America, Mexico would be an acceptable answer. There are 14 nations in South America, and while I cannot find a film placed in French Guiana, I know of two short films set in the Falklands, giving us an easy 13 without resorting to an entirely different continent. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

The Falklands are a British oversea territory, not an officially recognised country. Given the current game is about South American country's. Should we abandon reality and pretended that it is a country? |

Part of "The Boys From Brazil" takes place in Paraguay. Partially set in Paraguay should be enough to conclude this list. I will also offer two films set in fictional South American countries: "Bananas" and "Moon over Parador." |
