| Posted: | | | | Would it be possible to create a quick and dirty app which just uses the online stored user database? It could also have a search function using the complete database and cross reference with the user data. Would be fine for me. |

| Posted: | | | | Here is something that is being worked on http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=556818
It is currently Alpha, and is working on a plug in for this.
I have been using the original Alpha app for my phone and it does a decent job of things.

| Posted: | | | | Hi everyone! A friend of mine has develope a small Android app to list the titles in my collection: Is quite simple but very, very fast (less than a second to sync, via wifi, the db). Although you see the info in Spanish, the interface is also available in French and English (my friend does not use more languages!) My friend is open to add more functionallities/data if required, but I think that is enough for me (I just do not want to buy twice a movie ). Well, after reading the post RobAGD linked, I will ask for a name change, we do not realized there could be any copyright issue with it! (after all, the application is intended for my personal use and I won't due my friend! If any of you is interested in the app just ask me for it. There will be no money involved, by the way, it was only a hobby for my friend. Regards |

| Posted: | | | | FWIW: The request for an Android version is at least 3 years old. I'm personally tired to wait for Godot. I purchased today a licence of the Movie Collector including the Android app. Works perfectly for me on a Samsung Galaxy S2. Collectorz will not replace the DVD Profiler but I will use it in parallel for some time and I will decide later what programme will be "The One"! | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | I'm really disappointed with how long it is taking to develop an Android application for this software. It's obvious the owner of this software has lost the passion and desire to take this software to the next level. |

| Posted: | | | | The app is quite simple (no snapshots, no movie profiles...) but it works perfectly and it is really fast. It will help us with our collections while we are waiting for the official Android DVDPM app. Ken is surelly developing a killer app, according the time he is taking for the development Best regards |
