Crew as credited in each episode's opening and end credits with Episode Dividers

Cast as credited and in order credited in each episode's opening and end credits with Episode Dividers. Role names for those actors with no role names provided in credits were obtained from a combination of IMDb, MacGyver Episode Guide at http://rdanderson.com/macgyver/episode/episode1.htm and Closed Captions.

Rating changed for TV. Color added. OCB --> Created By and OMB --> Story By to match the disc credits. Supervising Producer, Theme By, Special Effects, Makeup Artists, and Costume Supervisor added from the disc credits. Gregory White BY from the accepted BY thread. Edelman character name on the disc in ep. 10 was just Riggins, not Bart Riggins. Ep. 11: Vonte Sweet --> Vonté Sweet to match his disc credit.

My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!
