*NEW* profile for the German 10th Anniversary Steelbook

- BD determined "Region ABC" by code-switchable BD-Player;
- added DiscId 8B2184008FF78675 [SAW1_BD];
- cast & crew copied from accepted profile (German BD, UPC 4006680044231);
- added 300dpi cover scans;

All other data taken from BD and BD-Cover.

- Completed Edition from Frontcover bottom with Director's Cut.
- Completed Features with missinc Music Videos from filmmenu Extras.
- Completed Other Features as on Backcover and filmmenu Extras. Running Time checked with BDInfo.
- Corrected Video Format from Backcover. In the history I see not anything where the 1.85:1 comes from.
- Corrected Audio Tracks. Not all English, first two Tracks are German, checked in filmmenu Settings and with BDInfo.
- Corrected Overview to match the Backcover.

- added a better separation to edition and other features
- added genre
- removed wrong studio (a Burg/Koules/Hoffman Production -> name of the three producers and no studio)
- corrected crew as credited
* removed sound recordist per rules (a PSM is credited)
