New, better cropped/aligned cover scans which imho also better match the originals in tone.

fixed audio (change portuguese & spanish from DD 5.1 to DTSMA 5.1, verified with BD Info tool (back cover datas are not correct));
fixed subtitles (add commentary & trivia track subtitles; verified with BD Info tool & extra menu)
