Like on back of case. Crew: David A. Stewart (CLT 44) is credited as Dave Stewart (CLT 36), changed order as credited; added Nick Scarano and Steve Shubin (ca Men's Costume Supervisors) and Rosemarie Fall (ca Women's Costume Supervisor) -> Costume Designer; added Philip Cory and Hans Metz (ca Special Effects) -> Visual Effects.
