You declined the film because on the cover is another EAN than from the film. The fact is, the right EAN for this disc is 4-048317-453603. The EAN on the cover 4-048317-453566 belongs to Experiment Killing Room already online. You can see here that this film Dark Legens has the 4-048317-453603 also it is wrong printed on the cover. Think they printed the cover wrong: http://www.cinefacts.de/blu-ray-film/60657-dark-legends-neugier-kann-toedlich-sein.html
So this new Blu-ray Dark Legens with real EAN 4-048317-453603 is right also there is something other on the back cover (wrong print). Thanks.

The disc is regionfree, checked with AnyDVD HD.
Changed SRP to Euro, as it is a German Release and German Locality.
Changed Case Type to HD Slim.
Added Features from filmmenu Extras.
Removed Kein Bonusmaterial from Other Features and added Wendecover.
Added Commentary to Subtitles.
Added Commentary Audio Track. Checked with BDInfo.
Added Disc Info from my disc.
