New Scan without FSK-Print.

It's possible because the slip-cover (with glitter-effect / first edition(Erstauflage)) is fully equal to the flip-cover backsite without FSK-Print, but much better to scan.

And yes, it is really so damn dark :D Dark blue at black background... great idea Mr. Designer.

New coverscans with better contrast (existing are by far too bright) and without moiré.

Added / Corrected Studios as credited
Removed "Other Features" because they are "Featurettes"
Added Voice Cast as credited
