previous submission has been declined with "An invalid source, such as a third party database, was listed in the contribution notes. Use of a third party database is not allowed per the contribution rules."

How is giving "DVD cover" as data source considered a third-party source?!?!?!

Data source for this submission is the ACTUAL DVD COVER of the movie!

Corrected Rating detail (as per rules).
Added missing 'Features' from discs - also used the phrase 'Portable Digital Copy' as per the leaftlet inside the box.
Added missing Commentary Audio Track information.
Added italics to Overview as per box.
Switched 'Disc ID' for disc 3 to the third slot (the booklet refers to this disc as Disc 3 and Disc 2 is actually the Special Features disc.) Also renamed to 'Digital Copy' as per the label.

Re-audited Cast and Crew to match closing credits of the movie.
