I own this TV series Blu Ray myself. Changed region B into all regions. Added cast and crew from approved American Blu Ray profile in online database.

Used my UK DVD (5051892225724) as a template for the crew and cast.
Removed special effects coordinator David Fletcher from all episodes, because a visual effects supervisor is already listed.
