All common names were found while typing, running the name variants plugin, and checking the results of the Credit Lookup. Additional cast roles from the US Criterion profile (715515080712). Left current uncredited cast intact, although the roles were capitalized. Birth years for John Davidson and Charles Irwin are listed in the birth year thread.
