fixed running time (sum of all episodes 486:12 = 486 min; verified with BD Info Tool);
fixed features (add play all);
fixed overview (matched with back cover);
add disc info (DVD Profiler read out);
fixed cover scans (new scans; front & back cover scans from the slip cover)
Cast/Crew from: add cast & crew - taken from end credits (new entry)
