I do not see ANY note of this in previous Contribution Notes nor do I see ANY documentation supporting such a thing. I have been able to locate to very weak pieces of documentation through IMDb and Wikipedia. PLEASE in the future note these and Document them or Ken and Gerri should summarily reject them.
