This is a new contribution.  I added the disc by putting it into the DVD drive of my computer.
The episode list comes from the inside cover of the DVD case.  The release date is taken from the profile for Castle: The Complete Second Season UPC - 786936802931.
The region information, production year, county, video format and  rating comes from the back of the DVD case.
I used the front and back covers that I scanned for Castle: The Complete Second Season UPC - 786936802931.

Studios, Cast and Crew copied from the same TV series in the invelos' database EAN 8-717418-347901. Documentation notes this data came from the DVD credits.
