New contribution. This is an alternate ID for the box set version which does not have a slip cover. Scans were done by me. Cast, crew and studios copied from the original contribution.

As per rules, I changed the "3" in the title to match the cover artwork. Front cover has an Arabica "3" instead of a Roman numeral "III" like the opening credits of the film
