Edward Warschilka and Edward A. Warschilka are are two different people, father and son, both editors. The father, born in 1928 and died in 2004, has no middle initial, the son does, and is also occasionally credited with the "Jr." suffix.

I've seen contributions where their credits are linked together using the son's name, having the most titles in the CLT, as the common name for the father, but that's blatantly wrong. Further reading:

Exact same situation for Stone Cold: Edward A. Warschilka Jr. isn't credited with Mark Helfrich in the opening credits.
