I've obtained an unlimited registration key for version 3. But when I try to make a support ticket, it says I have a free account. What´s wrong?
My real problem is: Where is my 2.x online profile? I cannot download my profile anymore, so my collection is gone. My computer crashed, so I don't have a backup database. Do I have to enter all my DVDs again?

If you didn't backup your database, and you never submitted it to your "My profiler online" then you will have to re-enter your collection.  Just do it using barcode as it's much faster!

Hello DUTCHD,
at the moment it seems that intervocative.com is down. this may be due to the fact that the database merge of 2.4/5 to 3.0 has been finished.to be honest i am not really shure what happens to the old online collection at dvd profler 2.XX. I personally have my online collection both at intervocative and at invelos as well. i have no idea what happens to the old online collection? Nevertheless you are in good hands in this forum - i am shure somebody can help you with this matter!
By the way: did you have an free key earlier and got a new one? Plse. check "My Profiler" may be there is a new key with full support?!

..Intervocative is online again (how long...?) so it's hopefully an opportunity for backup

So try this: start profiler 2.x, menu online/my profiler/download collection. after this goto file/backup database and submit. now you have a file ending with *.dbp! this is what you can restore in profiler 3.0 (file restore database...)
Please don't call me names for possible wrong translations, but I have the German profiler translation and I was too lazy to change it back to englisch

Cambio7: I have an online profile at Intervocative, so my collection should still be there.
kahless: Thanks for the info. I'll  try to install 2.5 and download the profile from Intervocative. I've got a 2.x unlimited key, so I've requested a 3.x key on the Invelos website. This is also an unlimited key.
