I am currently using a regular (non-widescreen) Samsung monitor for my PC and when I try to add new titles in my collection the window that comes up is totally out of synch. I don't see the "ADD" button and I don't see the "Cancel" button on the very bottom.

Furthermore...

When I select the Any Region option on the "add" section I can only see the first 8-9 titles as the scroll up/down arrow on the right side is invisible. Am I missing something here as there is a way to adjust the "windows"? ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated.

Finally, adding new titles to the collection by actually inputting the title of the film takes forever. It is so slow it seems like the system is about to freeze. Will the speed be improved?

Thank you in advance for your assistance,

G

Garter:

The only thing I can address is last point. I don't experience the problem you are referring to relative to speed. I would guess that there is an issue of some form in your computer. Memory, hard drive, processor, who knows. My best guess would be memory but that is only a guess.

You should sometimes read bug reports (no offense)

My guess is, garter, you are still using 3.0.2. Please download 3.0.3 (clear your browser cache), where this bug has been fixed and the speed has been improved a lot.

WRT window sizing I'm not sure but try holding down "CTRL, ALT, SHIFT" when opening DVD Profiler. This resets all the window/layout defaults so might help you.

WRT the time issue, what version are you using? A lot of people were reporting this problem when adding by title (always add by EAN/UPC when you can, of course) but Ken made some changes which massively improve things in the 3.0.3 Beta.

That may be true, hydrox. But I keep the program current and I never saw the slow behavior he referred to.

Then you haven't used the AddBy Title function while using 3.0.2

update:

downloading 3.0.3 fixed the speed!

However...

The overlapping issue is still...here! Any ideas how to deal with it? I literally don't see any of the buttons on the very bottom and CAN NOT scroll down the dvd titles in my add-up box.

Anyone....?
