Can I merge more than one database with each other and make a master list?

To merge two databases isn't too bad so long as there is no 'overlap'.

Backup both before you start!

Whilst viewing/in the primary database (which will become the full one) do a

File -> Restore Database and select the backup for the other database -> Next

Select "Restore Spectific Profiles" (ie NOT "Restore All Profiles") and use Select All (to put ticks by all the titles) -> OK

Even though you are restoring all the profiles by selection, because you aren't using "Restore All Profiles" this will not delete the ones in your present database... you may want to deselct some of the other restore options in case they overwrite (cast and crew etc) but I'm not sure

If there is an overlap I think the one being imported will overwrite the one in the present database but I'm not sure on this either... that's why you have the two back-ups in case something goes wrong!
It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong
