This is weird:

I added a DVD to my collection today, using Disc ID. It reported the Disc ID as unknown so I created the profile from scratch. Oddly enough the production year and release date was pre-filled (correctly!). Now when I contribute it, I see that the profile already exists online. How's that?

Have anyone else experienced that??

Yeah, when I tried to add the bonus disc from the Jurassic Park boxset, it said it didn't recognise the disc and asked me to add it manually, but I was able to find and add the profile using Title search instead.
Other people have also reported problems where the program picks the right ID but the wrong locality.

No reaction from Ken yet, so maybe we should file a Support ticket, since this bug basically makes adding Discs by inserting a disc totally unreliable or even unusable.

I have just filed a support ticket, reffering him to these threads.
